Fuze, a global cloud communications platform dedicated to simplifying the complexity of managing on-premises communication systems, recently announced the news of a new patent. The company was awarded this patent for processing and analyzing heterogenous streams of communications data across a range of users and mediums in real-time.
Fuze, on October 6, 2020, was issued U.S. Patent No. 10798191B1 by USPTO (The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office).
The invention empowers the Fuze platform to analyze all voice, messaging, meeting, and email communication data effectively without taking much time and creates a single and comprehensive view of user activity across enterprises, departments, or individual users.
This aspect of the invention adds power to organizations with practical information and improves insights into Fuze user behavior and patterns.
Rob Scudiere, President and Chief Operating Officer at Fuze, said, “Teams are becoming increasingly distributed, relying on communication and collaboration tools that enable them to remain productive and engaged across a variety of devices and modes.” He added, “It has never been more important to have real-time access to user data and patterns across voice, meeting, messaging, and email, to quickly address any challenges and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and user experience.”
